The service was not delivered as agreed in the contract.

The client cancels the service within the allowed cancellation period.

2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
One-time setup fees.
Consultation and strategy planning fees.
Services that have already been provided or partially completed.
Subscription-based services after the billing period has begun.
3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is received, we will review it within 7 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
We may request additional details to verify the claim before processing the refund.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel ongoing services with a written notice of 15 days.
Any outstanding invoices must be settled before cancellation takes effect.
